Regional Sales Manager

**Join our team, with responsibilities including**:
- Primary responsibility: secure new clients and deliver revenue growth in line with agreed targets
- Formulate and execute sales and marketing plans to drive business expansion
- Meet revenue KPIs and report directly to senior management on pipeline and performance
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively
- Evaluate sales and marketing data to generate insightful reports
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, partners and suppliers
- A BA/BS University degree, preferably in marketing, promotions, advertising, sales, or business administration
- Proven sales experience within the BPO/KPO sector, with a track record of securing new business from accountancy firms and/or franchise networks
- Familiarity with CRM software and systems
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
**In return, you'll receive**:
- 150,000-200,000 AUD per Annum OTE (On Target Earnings)
- Exposure to working with global teams and clients
