**About You**:
We are looking for a skilled and strategic communications professional to join our team as a PR Account Manager based in our Sydney office. You're a creative thinker who thrives on developing and executing PR campaigns that drive results. You understand the importance of aligning PR strategies with broader business goals and can navigate complex challenges with ease.

As an Account Manager, you take on both a project and emerging people manager role. You will be responsible for the management and day-to-day execution of earned and integrated campaigns for a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C technology brands including Shopify, Mailchimp, Jabra, Oracle and Ericsson.

**What You Do**:
As an Account Manager, you manage projects with a high degree of independence. You bring proven experience working on campaigns and programs across various disciplines and play a pivotal role in bridging planning to execution—often needing just a quick gut-check from your manager or account lead.
- Create and implement strategic communication plans that meet client business goals
- Cultivate existing relationships and build new clients by conducting research, preparing presentation materials, and participating in client meetings.
- Support and manage account teams in the development, coordination, implementation and administration of communications campaigns using both traditional and integrated tools
- Mentor and guide junior consultants fostering their skills development and expertise

**What You Offer**
- You have a minimum of 3-4 years of agency experience in communications consulting, preferably in corporate and technology practices
- You have a clear understanding of how to drive creative integrated campaigns
- You are a team player with a strong ability to motivate, inspire, delegate, empower and lead teams to consistently exceed clients’ expectations
- You have a proven record of achieving high client satisfaction and retention levels
- Proven experience of building and managing positive client relationships
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
