We're looking for a passionate and skilled PR and Events Executive to support our Head of PR and manage a diverse range of responsibilities. You will be enhancing our brand profile, managing media relations, and orchestrating memorable events. **What you can expect**:

- Provide strategic support to the Head of PR
- Oversee the development and execution of new product launches and press office functions
- Collaborate with the Local Area Marketing team to boost the visibility of our restaurants, partnership and sponsorships
- Coordinate and manage consumer events (e.g sponsorship activations, menu launches) and internal events (e.g Annual Summits, CSR activities, team engagement events)
- Handle end to end management of national and state-based partnerships, including contract negotiation, stakeholder management, runsheet development, and activation coordination
- Manage and grow our media influencer relationships, including recruitment for the GYG VIP program
- Assist in creating media materials such as press releases, pitches, and content for GYG's owned channels including blogs and the website
- Develop and implement communication strategies in partnership with Head of PR
- Provide regular media monitoring reports and updates for the GYG network

**You'll enjoy this role if you have**:

- Tertiary qualification in Public Relations, Professional communications, Journalism, Media, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Outstanding verbal and written communications kills
- Strong networking abilities with established media relationships
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail

- The salary banding for this role is $70K - $80K per annum._
