Join Us as our next Account Manager

Love building high-trust relationships, solving complex problems, and helping the nation's most influential public sector clients succeed? This role is all about creating exceptional client experiences and becoming the go-to media intelligence expert for all things Government.

You'll be the trusted partner for our valued Federal Government clients, guiding them through the Streem platform and ensuring they have the real-time media insights needed to stay ahead of the curve.

What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing major client success: Directly manage and contribute to large-scale Federal Government deployments.
  • Building trust and relationships: Be the key day-to-day manager and trusted partner for our existing Government client base.
  • Leading key calendar events: Drive project tasks related to major government events, ensuring clients are prepared and informed.
  • Expert training: Deliver in-depth onboarding and training sessions for key Government stakeholders.
  • Media intelligence: Proactively flag critical media stories, trends, or issues relevant to public affairs clients.
  • Product advocacy: Collect client feedback and communicate it internally to enhance the Streem platform.
  • Quality control: Help maintain platform accuracy and content quality to meet internal and external service standards.

About You

What we're looking for:

  • Strong customer-facing skills: You're a natural at building and maintaining relationships.
  • Organised and proactive: Comfortable juggling multiple high-priority demands with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Positive energy: An energetic, positive go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points if you have:

  • A personal interest in the Australian Media Landscape and public affairs.
  • A degree in Media, Communications, PR, or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with media monitoring, analytics, Boolean Search, CRM, or Project Management Tools.
