**The Opportunity**
The Ecommerce Manager at Culture Kings will lead the Product + Platform and Design teams, driving online commercial success through seamless digital marketing integration. This role ensures brand consistency, localized experiences, and strategic eCommerce innovation to maximize growth. Key responsibilities include optimizing product presentation, enhancing platform solutions, and improving customer satisfaction metrics such as Conversion, Frequency, Lifetime Value, and NPS.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive all strategic advancement in relation to online trade, direct marketing & management CRO & UX
- Drive Ecommerce trade specific strategy with support of the Senior Leadership Team in line with the business goals
- Managing the execution of the digital marketing calendar across all regions, storefronts and Apps
- Ownership of the Personalisation Strategy and Conversion Optimisation Roadmap with regards to website UI/ UX
- Be the primary contributor to CRO Roadmap, partnering with our Head of Digital + Lead Developer to ensure a robust ROI focused development queue is always maintained,
- Manage the prep, launch and pack down of all promotions and merchandise offers
- Deliver testing and improvement plan to consistently improve on site navigation, search & sort experience
- Lead the identification of key digital content &; SEO opportunities to increase relevant traffic, engagement and conversion metrics across all regions
- Continuously iterating and testing new approaches to UX/UI design + key landing page templates to improve click through rates and conversions
- Managing the relationship with external third party solutions that drive key onsite journeys across Website (Shopify), App (Tapcart), on-site search & merchandising (Algolia), Loyalty & Reviews (Yotpo) and Push notification (Tapcart/Klaviyo), video content (Tolstoy) + more.
- Ensuring the timely delivery of all digital assets to key stakeholders inside and outside of the Marketing team
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This may involve creating promotional materials, campaigns and e-commerce shoots collaborating with models and the creative team
**Skills and Experience**:
- 5+ years in ecommerce (fashion/retail preferred).
- Proven expertise in CRO, UX/UI, and digital strategy execution.
- Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong leadership in stakeholder collaboration and cross-functional project management.
