**About the Role**

Each day will bring something different but the key responsibilities of this role will be:

- Responsible for building the online category strategies, working closely with the Merchandise teams
- Responsible for online sales forecasting, budget tracking and margin optimisation.
- Helping define the online range, building on the brand’s range and potentially proposing online-only range extensions
- Executing on agreed online pricing and delivering website-specific promotions and events
- Front end content management, planning and execution
- Supporting the development of the Digital Merchandising aspects of the Omni-Digital strategy together with the Head of eCommerce Trading and Merchandise
- Managing the existing website personalisation features
- Deciding on the category and product taxonomy for site navigation that will generate the best financial and customer outcomes
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant vendor partners

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will be a results driven and outcome focused individual, you will also bring:

- Familiarity with digital practices including business reporting and digital merchandising
- Strong understanding of digital merchandising and analysis skill and how it impacts the greater business.
- Frontend html & css skills for digital merchandising and content management
- Administration skills in a digital merchandising role
- Strong eCommerce knowledge and experience with eCommerce platforms
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or Business - desired
- The ability to engage, build lasting relationships and influence key stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Solid analytical skills, coupled with intermediate capabilities in Excel. Also experience in SAP and BW would be advantageous
