**So let’s tell you about the role**

We are searching for an eCommerce enthusiast who is excited by the fast-paced fashion world to step into a fast-paced eCommerce Manager role at Louenhide.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the business’s online presence, managing and maintaining the Australian B2B and B2C websites including inventory, merchandising and the ERP system. You will also collaborate on ongoing developmental projects in partnership with third-party agencies, optimising workflow, and conversions across current eCommerce platforms. **The Role**:

- Manage and optimise inventory across the company’s online channels including retail and wholesale
- Merchandise product launches including creating and managing collections on B2B and B2C channels and content management
- Work with external agencies
- Manage and optimise inventory in the ERP system and website
- Oversee descriptions and product specifications across their online channels
- Manage product SKU creation, selling seasons and product details
- Review all stocktakes (performed by the warehouse team)
- Support customer service with web issues and problem-solving
- Provide training and support to the warehouse team as required
- Sales forecasting and end of month reporting
- Manage retail website collections for SEO best practice

**Experience**:

- You must have 2+ years of experience in eCommerce
- Experienced with Shopify
- Have worked with ERP systems
- Ability to manage various stakeholders and external contacts
- Experience managing inventory including pre-orders and sold out SKU’s
