**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of eCommerce Trading and Merchandising. Based out of our Brisbane office, the role will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing the eCommerce Trading & Merchandising aspects of the Omni Digital strategy to drive conversion, sales, margin and customer satisfaction for the brand.

This career defining opportunity will see you leading the team to improve the overall customer journey, engagement and experience of the Supercheap Auto websites and marketplaces, providing compelling solutions, inspiration and value, while delivering on Group Strategic initiatives and key commercial expectations.

Each day will bring something different but key responsibilities of this role will be:

- Delivering agreed growth in sales, profit, margin and return on investment
- Utilising data and insights to achieve product sales optimisation
- Developing and executing e the eCommerce sales strategy
- Management of budgets and cost controls
- Leading and collaborating across all internal and external stakeholders
- Optimising and delivering Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Customer Experience (CX) strategy

To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Your Passion for eCommerce, with senior experience in Merchandising and/or eCommerce, with a track record in delivering online sales targets and growth
- Demonstrated experience in people leadership, leading and managing the performance of teams
- Experience in building and executing eCommerce Trading & Merchandising strategies
- Extensive experience in digital practices including business reporting and performance merchandising
- Demonstrable business acumen and analytical skills
- Relevant retail and/or automotive experience
