We are looking for an Ecommerce Product Specialist to join the team at Lorna Jane HQ located in Eagle Farm.

This is an opportunity to manage the end-to-end digital production for our global ecommerce business by creating and executing actionable plans to optimise product conversion and customer experience through analysis and product conversion performance.

**Responsibilities**:
Website Product Optimisation
- Briefing in any new ecommerce images that need to change over to connect the customer journey with social or digital platforms
- Managing product data, ensuring product imagery, videos, pricing, and product descriptions are accurate
- Communicating with stock team to ensure new product uploads aligns with the delivery schedules
- Creating organic product descriptions that are market relevant, optimised for search, inspiring and create an emotional connection for the customer
- Completing weekly reporting on onsite video performance and providing insights
- Ecommerce representation and involvement at the ecommerce shoots
- Taking ownership over the renaming of images and image approval
- Involvement in the sample fits to ensure the product descriptions are correct to articulate key insights to drive consumer confidence
- Developing content and visuals to support overall key metrics for the websites and customer experience
- Ensuring all new arrivals are enabled on the website inline with launch dates and creative briefs
- Managing relationships with external retouching, ghosting and product vendors

Website Content
- Executing content and visuals to support overall key metrics for the websites and customer experience
- Tailoring the strategies to ensure seasonal and customer relevance to maximise conversion potential
- Actively researching ways for the business to improve the online product content
- Staying abreast of upcoming content trends and best practice standards
- Managing and maintaining accessibility compliance requirements across all websites

Photoshoot Support
- Supporting Design and Content coordinator on shoots to ensure they run efficiently and all vendors in attendance have a positive brand experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure content captured is as per request and highlights best features of garments
- Proactively identifying and presenting content ideas that can be used to further support product sell through online

**About You**:

- Experience in a similar fast-paced retail environment
- Experience in digital marketing or graphic design is highly desirable
- Ability to analyse reportable data to drive actionable insights
- Technical experience and understanding of ecommerce platforms
- Excellent communicator and collaborative team-player
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
