Position: Rostering officer

Base location: CCDS office Dandenong

**Job role**:

Carer connection Disability Services (CCDS Pty Ltd) is a registered NDIS provider offering various services to participants since 2019. We provide services to clients in our SIL accommodations (supported independent living), transportation, personal care, and support coordination services in South-East regions of Melbourne, Victoria.

**To be successful in this role you will require to address the following criteria**:

- Rostering/scheduling/workforce planning experience;
- Excellent customer service focus
- Build and maintain trust and confidence of stakeholder through consistent performance and delivering on services
- Demonstrated communication skills incorporating the abilities of courtesy, diplomacy and confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to priorities a demanding workload
- Organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of rostering system, HR practices and award principles
- Advances computer literacy e.g., Excel
- Expertise in planning, problem solving, evaluation and co-ordination
- Proficiency with workforce management tools
- Rostering / Scheduling/ Workforce planning experience

**Salary**: $40,472.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
