As the newest member to our team, you’ll be responsible for the rostering of staff (including identifying and preparing appropriately skilled staff in line with client requirements), ensuring coverage of care for our clients.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Rostering and Administration Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Executive and Managing Directors, this role will: -**
- Managing the Rostering of our support workers to deliver disability and child protection services in line with client care requirements and preferences.
- Prioritizing and managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Acting as the primary point of contact for our support staff and clients, responsible for building rapport and engaging with our casual workforce
- Provide support to the management team in all NDIS administrative and documentation tasks as required in a timely manner.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Assist in NDIS Compliance/audit processes and documentation.
- Submit staff timesheets for payroll processing.

**About you**

As a passionate, reliable, and experienced Rostering and Administration Officer, you’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills (including negotiation and problem-solving skills).

You will be self-motivated, honest, have excellent business acumen and perform the role with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Customer service and rostering experience
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationship management skills, coupled with a strong desire and willingness to learn
- A passion for assisting others and building a strong and dedicated workforce
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft word, Excel and knowledge of communication software.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Customer service and rostering experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone manner
- Demonstrated knowledge of NDIS is preferable
- A passion for assisting others and building a strong and dedicated workforce
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft word, Excel and knowledge of communication software.
- Demonstrated experience in an Administrative Role
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

**Pay depending on experience and qualifications**

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- DANDENONG, VIC 3175: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Rostering: 1 year (preferred)
