WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:

- 6 weeks’ Full time PAID training
- Building a relationship with customers over the phone to effectively resolve all their queries
- Demonstrate resilience in all customer interactions
- Delivering amazing customer experiences every time
- INBOUND Customer calls ONLY
- Adhere to comprehensive compliance standards
- Competently use technology and multitask between different systems while actively listening
