Our longstanding National Client is looking for an Experienced Customer Service Officers. To provide outstanding Customer Service for all their customers.

Our client is located in the Eastern Suburbs of Perth. Experiencing significant growth within their field.

- Great time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines whilst prioritizing complex workloads
- Assist with reporting of delivery times and missed deliveries
- Provide weekly Reports to the Administration Manager
- Co-coordinating customer returns in a timely manner
- Provide timely updates and reports of KPI's to State Managers and department managers
- Demonstrated initiative, self - motivation and creativity in work situations
