- Assisting clients with queries relating to their existing or new sales orders
- Working closely with the logistics team to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Arranging quotes based on the client’s needs
- Entering client information into the CRM system
- Working closely with the Account Managers to determine the client's ongoing and current needs for service
- Problem solving and offering solutions to meet the client’s requests
- Follow up on quotes to ensure the clients have all the information they need to make decisions
- General administration support for the department
- To be successful in the role you must have previous Customer Service experience and be able to build strong relationships. You will also have a high level of accuracy and take pride in the work you produce.
