Our client based in Canning Vale, is seeking a committed Customer service / admin superstar to join their busy team for an ongoing assignment.

Our client based in Canning Vale, is seeking a committed Customer service / admin superstar to join their busy team for an ongoing assignment. The role is predominantly focused on taking inbound calls relating to product enquiries, taking and processing orders and keeping the customer and clients well informed throughout the stages of their order.

Working hours: Full time 38 Hours (Monday - Friday) 9.00am - 5.00pm

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: This is a steady ongoing casual assignment.

Pay rate: $34.99ph + Super with regular incentive activities and annual bonuses available

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Providing superb customer service to all customers and clients
- Building new, and nurturing existing relationships with key stakeholders
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Inbound and Outbound customer service calls, assisting with enquiries and complaints
- Providing product/services information and resolving any emerging problems that customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
- Taking detail and processing orders and payments
- Receipting goods
- Raising Purchase requisitions and Purchase orders
- Liaising with relevant parties to provide clients continuous updates regarding orders and deliveries
- Being the main point of contact for all suppliers, processing creditor invoices, scheduling changes
- Completing administration tasks relating to customer transactions with a 'can do' attitude

**Role Requirements**
- Strong, resilient attitude with a passion for customer service
- Proven commitment and longevity in previous roles
- Proven work experience in a Customer Service Officer /Internal Account Manager role
- Previous experience in a call centre or a busy switchboard reception role would be beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Good time management and planning skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask
