Experienced Customer Service Officers are needed to join a Perth based organisation. Commencing August 22nd, you must be able to commit to 4 weeks training.

Our Client, a State Government owned organisation who provide essential services to West Australians, have asked us to assist them in finding experienced Customer Service Officers to join their team, based in the Perth CBD.

Working hours: Full time hours

Start Date: August 22nd

Duration: Ongoing

Location: Perth CBD

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Inbound customer service calls
- Providing superb customer service to all customers
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs

**Role Requirements**
- Passion for customer service
- Proven work experience as a Customer Service Officer
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Good time management and ability to prioritise.
- Computer literate, able to quickly grasp the use of different systems

**You must be able to commit to the full 4 weeks training, commencing August 22**nd**
