We are currently looking for Customer Service Officers to join us in our Perth CBD Head Office Call Centre in a Full-Time permanent capacity.

**About the role**
- Provide financial solutions for our loyal customers
- Maintain client and contact register utilising internal software systems
- Understand and work towards individual targets; and
- Offer Friendly and Compassionate service to our valuable customers.

**About you**
- You will be a quick learner with the ability to solve complex problems
- Capable of working autonomously, and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment
- An unwavering passion for customer service
- Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with statutory regulations; and
- Able to provide a current National Police Clearance.
