Exciting opportunity to utilise your excellent customer service knowledge whilst becoming a pivotal part of the companies winning culture. We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Officer based in the Fremantle region.

Duties will include:

- Assisting clients with queries relating to their existing or new sales orders
- Working closely with the logistics team to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Entering client information into the CRM system
- Uploading client information and maintaining system integrity
- Working closely with the Account Managers to determine the client's ongoing and current needs for service
- Problem-solving and offering solutions to meet the client’s requests
- General administration support for the department

To be successful in the role you must have previous Customer Service experience and be able to build strong relationships. You will also have a high level of accuracy and take pride in the work you produce.
