**Position Overview**:
We're currently seeking a vibrant and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a **Service Administrator** at Youngs WA, you'll be the face of our service department, assisting customers with their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.

**Youngs WA** are seeking a customer focused **Automotive Service Administrator for** an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant Service Department.

To be considered, you will excel at establishing strong long-term relationships thereby creating outstanding customer confidence and continuously maximising guest satisfaction. You will also act as a passionate, brand ambassador consistently promoting the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with our Service Customers.

As a Service Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and manage all administrative tasks for the service department. This will include processing paperwork, data entry, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction for all stakeholders.

**You**
- Possess excellent keyboard skills and demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- Are autonomous, diligent, and take full ownership and accountability for your workload.
- Have the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, delivering quality work while meeting strict deadlines.
- Have an enthusiastic, friendly, and proactive demeanour and always demonstrate a helpful attitude towards colleagues and guests.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively convey information to different stakeholders.
- Are punctual, dependable, adaptable, and flexible, always willing to go the extra mile when necessary.
- ** Dealership Administration Experience is preferred but not essential.**
