**Your Impact**

We are looking for a Finance and Administrative Assistant to join our truly awesome team based in Collingwood and help us achieve our growth ambition for the coming years. You will ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day financial operations. Processing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable & wholesale customer order processing. As well as other general admin tasks to support the team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support with data entry and reconciliations with inventory management system
- Management of accounts payable function, data entry of invoices, ensure invoice approval processes are followed, liaise with suppliers
- General administration tasks such as keeping our dysfunctional office functional and paying our salespeople’s parking fines

**About You**

We are seeking an individual that has strong people skills and an ability to operate under pressure. A professional and personable person who is hard working and knows how to have fun with their colleagues.
- Experience in an administrative role or Financial background within the FMCG industry is highly desirable
- Inventory management software experience (Cin7 or similar is preferred)
- Willingness to laugh at jokes made by GM
- Be annoyingly organised. Having your spice rack arranged in alphabetical order will be looked upon in a positive manner
- Underwater knife fighting skills a bonus but not essential
