As a Finance Administrator you will be key in the performance of day to day activities of the Finance team, in particular administration of the Loan Management System (LMS).

We are seeking a recent University graduate (with up to a years work experience). Melbourne based.

Key responsibilities:
- Process receipts and payments within the LMS.- Resolution of customer account queries raised by the business.- Review/preparation of early termination quotes and account statements.- Daily bank reconciliations and monthly general ledger reconciliations.- Identify, investigate and resolve issues.

What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.- Desire to learn new systems, processes and skills.- Ability to problem solve and take initiative.- Good organisational and time management skills.- Must have excellent working knowledge of Excel.- Experience with Xero or Workday and using Power BI would be advantageous.- Work experience in a Finance Administration role or similar is highly desired.
