We are a fast-growing financial services provider based in Melbourne. We are looking for a motivated **Graduate Finance Associate** to join our team on a contract basis. This role is perfect for someone with **banking experience** who is eager to develop their skills in finance, client relationship management, and business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Relationship Management** - Assist in managing client relationships, maintaining strong communication, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- **Client Engagement & Calls** - Conduct outbound calls, follow up with leads, and book appointments with potential clients.
- **Appointment Setting** - Coordinate meetings between clients and senior finance professionals.
- **General Administration** - Assist with document preparation, data entry, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.**:

- **Experience working in a bank** (e.g., customer service, lending, credit analysis, or administration).
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Confidence in making calls and engaging with clients.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
