As a **Finance Administrator**you will be key in the performance of day to day activities of the Finance team, in particular administration of the Loan Management System (LMS).

We are seeking a recent University graduate (with up to a years work experience). Melbourne based.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Process receipts and payments within the LMS.
- Resolution of customer account queries raised by the business.
- Review/preparation of early termination quotes and account statements.
- Daily bank reconciliations and monthly general ledger reconciliations.
- Identify, investigate and resolve issues.

**What you bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Desire to learn new systems, processes and skills.
- Ability to problem solve and take initiative.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Must have excellent working knowledge of Excel.
- Experience with Xero or Workday and using Power BI would be advantageous.
- Work experience in a Finance Administration role or similar is highly desired.
