**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation for easy retrieval and compliance with data management policies.
- Support the onboarding process of new staff by preparing and organizing necessary paperwork.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure an efficient and well-stocked workspace.
- **Accounts and Financial Management**:

- Process invoices, track expenses, and manage accounts payable and receivable in coordination with the finance team.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements, track payments, and handle discrepancies effectively.
- Support payroll activities, ensuring accuracy in data entry and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- **Customer Service**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and assist with any administrative questions.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the clinic and ensure all clients are attended to professionally and promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or accounts support role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.
- Understanding of confidentiality and privacy standards, especially within the healthcare sector.

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with medical administration or previous experience in a healthcare clinic.
- Knowledge of basic payroll functions and experience with payroll software.
- Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software.

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
