Admin Assistant – Maintenance & Construction Company

Location: Wetherill Park

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Are you an experienced Admin Assistant looking for a stable role in a growing construction and maintenance company? We're seeking a proactive, organised and professional individual to join our close-knit team in Wetherill Park.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to play a key part in supporting the delivery of important construction and repair projects.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Managing incoming calls and emails with professionalism.
  • Preparing and processing quotes, invoices, and work orders.
  • Experience with accounting software is required for financial document processing and management.
  • Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assisting with scheduling, project admin and compliance documentation.
  • Providing general administrative support to the management team.
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years' admin experience (construction/building industry experience highly regarded).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
  • Confident, professional phone manner and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a small team.
  • Applicants must have Australian work rights or be legally eligible to work in Australia.
