Admin Assistant Required

Office admin assistant required in Carole Park.
- 30-40 hrs per week.
- Flexible start/finish times available.
Our client is a national cabinetry and office furniture supplier, currently seeking an administration officer for approx 30-40 hours per week.
Duties include:
- order processing
- assisting with payroll/invoicing
- hotel and car bookings
- assisting sales and operations staff with all aspects of administration.
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero or MYOB.
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills.
- Contribute to a positive work environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Customer service skills
