We are looking for an Office Administration Assistant/Receptionist.

This position will involve various duties such as; Invoicing, accounts receivable, matching up orders to invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, phone answering and redirection of calls, general office admin duties, and support to the Office Manager.
- Have excellent communication and phone manner
- Be able to multi-task and prioritise with strong time management
- Be proficient in MS Office - Outlook, Excel and Word
- Accounts Receivable experience
- General administration skills
- General office duties including cleaning

The position is Casual

Hourly rate is $30.13 (inc casual loading of 25%)+Super

**Job Type**: Casual (22.5 hours/week)

Work hours: 7 am to 3 pm, Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday

No work and holiday, student visa holders need to apply

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.80 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
