As we continue to grow, we're looking for two go getters who are passionate about renewable energy and enjoy supporting both customers and our sales team.

Join our high-performing solar crew as a Sales and Admin Assistant and help us deliver sustainable energy solutions across Sydney.

What you'll do as a Sales and Admin Assistant:

  • Assist with setting appointments with warm leads
  • Help create preliminary solar and battery quotes for customers
  • Update and maintain lead and appointment sheets, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Support the sales team with admin tasks such as data entry, document management, and CRM updates
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing friendly and professional service
  • Prepare and send out information packs, proposals, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate with the sales and installation teams to ensure smooth handover of customer information
  • Assist with monthly communication to warm leads through promotional updates
  • Jump in to help with other office tasks as needed. We're a team that helps each other out

What we're looking for:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both on the phone and in writing
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using a variety of tools and applications (experience with CRMs is a bonus)
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Customer-focused mindset and a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in sales support, admin, or customer service is highly regarded
  • A bit of common sense and initiative (you can see what needs doing and get stuck in)
