**About the role**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at BSS INSIGHT PTY LTD' in Mount Waverley, VIC 3149. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth, enhance brand positioning, and improve customer engagement. This role involves market research, campaign planning, and data-driven decision-making to optimise marketing performance and support business objectives.

**Your** **Responsibilities of the role**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand market reach and support business growth.
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate market trends and customer behavior, providing insights for product promotion and pricing strategies.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Monitor consumer trends and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance marketing efforts.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives and oversee promotional activities within budget constraints.
- Research potential demand for new products/services and analyse market characteristics.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Your Key Tasks**:

- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns for product promotion and brand awareness.
- Utilise data analytics tools to interpret customer insights and optimise marketing efforts.
- Develop content and promotional materials to support marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research through surveys, focus groups, and competitive analysis.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales and business objectives.
- Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee budget planning and allocation for marketing activities.

**What we're looking for**
- Degree or Masters in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing executive or similar role
- Overseas client handling experience from previous employment
- Received in previous employment will be an added advantage
- Strong skills in marketing strategy, digital campaigns, brand positioning and CRM systems
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and analytical skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
