**Job Title**: Product Sales Specialist - Purification Systems & Software (Victoria, SA, WA & Tasmania)
**Job Location**: Melbourne, Australia
What you’ll do
Provide technical and scientific leadership & support during the sales process for range of AKTA Chromatography systems, Unicorn software, columns, consumables & associated products.
Coordinate orders and sales forecasts within the applicable sales funnel, CRM tools and reports for defined region in conjunction with Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Sales Leaders and Channel Partners.
Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies.
Who you are
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred in related scientific/technical field.
Demonstrated sales &/or industry experience in a similar role.
Proven professional business acumen with experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process.
Self-motivated, willingness to take initiative, identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve.
Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.
Demonstrated interpersonal, presentation & communication skills.
Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.
AKTA / Unicorn chromatography system product experience would be beneficial.
**Travel schedule**: 30-50% (Average 1 to 1.5 weeks per month)
