FH Distribution is a fast growing Electronic Security Distributor that offers something unique in the Security market: Our target market is the broad Electronic Security sector as the system can be configured for any types of intall requirements
JOB OVERVIEW
Prospecting for and cold-calling new strategic partners;
Managing relationships with existing and new channel partners and providing support and assistance and training;
Developing and facilitating product demonstrations online and in-person;
Providing technological transition consulting for projects and other business operations from paper (or other systems)
Providing support to internal Marketing and Sales staff with strategic direction and content planning;
Facilitating and attending promotional events (inc. exhibitions and networking);
Forming legal partnership agreements with approved channel partners;
Reporting on sales pipeline changes and building sales forecasts;
Undertaking regular meetings with partners and research activities;
Undertaking other duties as required
Project assistance with integrations of FH Distribution products to 3rd party systems
PERSON SPECIFICATION
A business degree qualification is highly desirable.
Real life industry experience (either selling to our target market or working within sector/s of our target market.
Solution based sales methodology
Relationship development
Ability to work towards to sales target
Public speaking experience (desirable)
Business Development: prospecting to identify new commercial markets
Online Demonstrations: conducting engaging online presentations for partners and prospects
Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally..
Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
Time management: accomplishing objectives effectively within the time frame given and carrying out administrative duties.
A driven and highly motivated outlook, you can operate within a plan but demonstrate real innovation and initiative
An ability to demonstrate a genuine passion for our products
You are a self-starter who can self manage, schedule effectively and deliver results
Ideally, you have experience in selling electronic security products, SaaS, IOT products
A strong desire to maintain familiarity and awareness of the rapidly changing technology and market trends in order to guide the channel partners’ decision making and strategy
**Salary**: $64,856.58 - $85,000.00 per year
