Creative Operations Manager

**Location**: On-site, in Mount Eliza Office, Mornington Peninsula
**Days**: 2 days per week to start (with potential to grow over time)
**Remuneration**: Pro-rata of $65,000-$80,000 per annum plus superannuation

We’re now seeking an experienced, proactive operator who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to the way we manage projects, people, and processes — helping translate vision into execution.
**The Role**
This is a hands-on, collaborative role for someone who thrives on bringing order to creative environments. You’ll work closely with the founder and marketing strategist to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate consultants, and ensure that client projects run smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll also help evolve our systems — refining workflows, integrating automation (in collaboration), and supporting the business as it grows.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Project & Operations Management**
- Set up and manage projects using our core systems — ClickUp, Notion, and GoHighLevel.
- Track and report on timelines, deliverables, and priorities to support internal resource planning.
- Maintain visibility across all client and internal projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
**2. Consultant Coordination**
- Coordinate external consultants — from briefing and timelines to agreements and quality standards.
- Support price negotiation and project scope management.
- Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with budget and time objectives.
**3. Workflow Management**
- Review and document workflows within our core apps to identify and implement process improvements. Work collaboratively with founder to test and integrate automation and AI tools (supporting with set-up and implementation once direction is agreed).
- Maintain and refine our internal documentation and process libraries.
**4. Business Operations & Growth Support**
- Manage scheduling of client deliverables and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Work with the Director to support client onboarding and sales process development.
- Help ensure internal systems, templates, and communication channels are streamlined and up to date.
**5. Optional: Marketing Support**
- Assist the founder with content creation, scheduling, or campaign coordination.
- Support the setup and management of media calendars and Meta ads. _(This area can grow depending on your skills and interest.)_
