**The Company**

As a highly regarded retail company, our client is seeking a HR Generalist to join the Sydney team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to grow their career within a company that offers flexibility and the ability to upskill.

**The Role**

The main responsibilities of an HR Generalist include the following:

- Act as a lead to partner with stakeholders in the business.
- Provide support and advice to managers and team members on employee relations.
- Assist in the recruitment and interview process.
- Ensure that offer paperwork and pre-employment checks are conducted accurately.
- Assist in talent development and succession planning.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 3 years' of experience in a similar role.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Compassionate, patient and caring nature.
- High level of organisational skills.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong HR experience and is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.
