A HR Generalist role for a manufacturing company based in the Sutherland Shire, paying up to $120k base

**Your new company**
You will be joining a manufacturing company that is based in the Sutherland Shire. You will be required to work from their stunning offices close to the sea.

**Your new role**
Working in this standalone role as HR Generalist, you will be the first point of contact for all people matters and will be responsible for:

- End to end recruitment
- Processing payroll
- Onboarding, training and development
- Ensuring all compliance, including polices and procedures, is up to date
- Managing WHS
- Reporting

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your experience in a similar role will lead you to success, as well as:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Knowledge and experience putting in practice HR best practices
- Experience processing payroll
- Being able to work autonomously and proactively
- Being systems expert
