**THE ORGANISATION**
This dynamic luxury retail business is highly fast paced, and results driven. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join a supportive HR Team and develop their skillset. The HR Team are all high performers and passionate about what they do. They are looking for an immediately available HR Generalist to support with a particularly busy period.
**THE ROLE**
Reporting directly to the HR Director and supporting a team of HR business partners your role will encompass a wide range of HR responsibilities, including managing certain aspects of payroll. In this versatile position, you will be accountable for delivering efficient support across various areas such as policies and procedures, addressing initial employee relation queries, recruitment assistance, participating in HR initiatives and projects, conducting performance reviews, administering engagement surveys, and preparing comprehensive reports.
This is predominately an office-based role with the option to work from home one day a week.
**THE CRITERIA**
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have experience in payroll administration and be comfortable navigating systems such as Excel and SAP. You should also have some exposure to generalist HR administration and be skilled at multitasking, working independently, and taking the initiative. Since this position is fast-paced and diverse, it's crucial that you enjoy tackling various tasks and can adapt quickly to different situations. A positive and collaborative attitude is highly valued.
Ideally, you will be immediately available to start this contract role.
