This amazing opportunity will suit an experienced and highly dedicated, professional and motivated “hands on” HR Generalist, who has an excellent level of commercial awareness and can build and maintain relationships with internal and external guests, as well as, the ability to recognise short / medium / long-term HR and ER issues and has the skills to then formulate and implement solutions that have practical, positive, retail business related outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and support retail recruitment on a national level
- Boutiques
- Improving, implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures for retail, in conjunction with the group HR Team
- Work with the centralized HR team and assist with the documentation and coordination of performance management plans and employee terminations
- Provide basic advice to employees and managers on employment-related queries and disputeS

**Ideally you will have**:

- 3+ years retail HR experience
- You have a deep understanding of HR policies and best practice
- You are a good writer and strong communicator
- You set clear expectations, give constructive feedback and address problems directly
