**Role Overview**

We are seeking a motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented professional for a dual role as both Administrator and Bookkeeper. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, can manage multiple responsibilities, and is eager to gain exposure to evolving agricultural technology, business growth, and operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Bookkeeping & Financial Support**
- Process invoices, perform data entry, and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with payments, reconciliations, and routine bookkeeping tasks

**Reception & Office Administration**
- Assist customers with questions related to agricultural drones and our services
- Manage office supplies, schedules, and general administrative duties

**Microsoft Office Support**
- Utilize Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for various documentation and presentation needs

**Essential Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous experience in administration and/or bookkeeping
- Previous experience or familiarity with the agricultural industry is an advantage, but not required
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a keen interest in evolving agricultural technology
- Familiarity with regional areas in WA
