Part-time Accounts Administrator required for a temporary to permanent opportunity, working for an established business in Bayswater.

We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our well-established clients appointing an experienced Accounts Officer to join their team in Bayswater. Reporting to the Adminitration Manager you wll be responsible for the daily running of the AP and AR function.
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
- Inputting invoices
- Statement and bank reconciliations
- Managing incoming and outgoing payments
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Cover reception
- Ad hoc duties as required

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Accountant/Accounts Administrator, looking for part-time hours who is able to join the business and hit the ground running. You will be required to work Monday to Friday during school hours.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Pronto experience is desirable
- Able to manage workload whilst adhering to strict deadlines
- Flexible approach to work and tasks
- Exceptional attention to details
