Our client, a Nationally renowned Dairy manufacture is looking for a switched on Inventory Administrator to join our clients team on a 6 month assignment. The role will be predominantly admin based, assisting with obtaining quotes and ordering for a bulk stock intake project commencing soon. A Background in Inventory, supply, storeperson would be beneficial.

Our client, a Nationally renowned Dairy manufacture is looking for a switched on Inventory Administrator to join our clients team on a 6 month assignment.

**Hours: Part Time or Full Time hours
- (8:00-4:00pm)**

**Pay Rate: Approx $29-32 p/h depending on experience**

**Start date: ASAP**

**Duration: Approx 6 months with potential to get extended**

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Creating purchase requisitions (Oracle/SAP)
- High volumes of Data entry into tracking spreadsheets, keeping track of stock movement in and out of Site
- Assist in effectively managing stock master files
- Requesting quotes for parts and entering quote details into Logistics Management System (Paperless)
- Checking accuracy of delivered goods and timely Goods Receipting
- Adhoc Admin duties where required to support the department
- Safely carry out all manual handling in the correct and trained manner

**Experience / Skills Required**
- 1 years in a general administration role is essential
- Exposure to inventory / warehousing / Stores would be advantageous
- Oracle/ SAP knowledge is Highly desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel (must have strong excel skills)
- Excellent organisation and coordination skills
- Friendly and professional
- Flexible and reliable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Honesty and integrity
