Well known Mining company seeking a Part time Administrator
Hays are currently working with a well known Mining Company located South of the River who are seeking a Part Time Administration Assistant.
This role will be supporting the numerous members of the Centre of Excellence lead team as well as wider department support.
Please note this is a temporary role and requires a relatively immediate start.
You're role will include but not limited to:
- Managing and coordinating calendars and documentation.
- Assisting with the coordination of travel arrangements for Executives and accommodation where needed.
- Raise Purchase orders
- Collate and file due diligence
- Assist with the set up of team meetings
- General Administrative support.
- Support the planning and delivery of internal department meetings and events.
What you need to succeed:
- Previous Administration experience is required.
- Confidence using MS office Suite including Excel.
- SAP experience is desirable but not necessary.
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment.
What you'll get in return:
- Flexible working hours - this role can be delivered 3 full days or split over 4/5 days at shorter school hours
