Temp Part Time - Project Administrator

**Your new company**

Hays Recruitment is working with a well known mining company, based in Perth's CBD. They are looking for a part-time Project Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

**Your new role**

As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation booking.
- Aiding with document management such as formatting, filing, and maintaining the document register.
- Preparing minutes, presentations, agendas, and reports.
- Answering phones and diverting calls.
- Processing monthly expense claims and reconciliations.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Packages and SAP.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
