**The Job & You**

As the Talent Specialist - Team Lead, we are looking for an exceptional leader with a proven track record in the recruitment industry. You should have previous experience in a leadership position within an agency and demonstrated expertise in providing guidance and mentorship to team members.

Your passion for finding the right talent and your strategic mindset will drive your success in coordinating recruitment activities and executing our strategic planning initiatives. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day workflow of your team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Coordinate structured advertising and recruitment activities to meet workforce needs.
- Monitor and audit the effectiveness and compliance of recruitment processes.
- Conduct thorough interviews and maintain detailed records of applicants’ personal and work-related details.
- Verify work references and assess the suitability of applicants for client assignments.
- Uphold quality and compliance standards in all recruitment activities.
- Facilitate the induction of new employees according to our People & Culture Induction Program.
- Identify and address employee training needs, providing internal or external training opportunities.
- Set targets, perform performance management, and coordinate career development for team members.
- Foster team engagement through team building and bonding activities.
- Promote our company’s DNA and vision.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new client opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships.

**We are looking for Talent Specialist with the following skills, experience, and attributes**:

- Previous experience in a leadership position (within an agency preferred).
- Proven experience as a Blue-Collar Talent Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or similar role in a recruitment agency setting.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, providing guidance and mentoring to team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
