We are one of Queensland’s leading Talent specialists in Board, Executive & Management and Corporate Services recruitment but we are
**definitely not** your typical, normal recruitment agency. C3Talent has doubled in size over the last 2 years and with the continued growth we are experiencing, we seek to find an amazing human to join us as a Talent Advisor.

**No recruitment experience, no problems**, lucky for you, you will work with the best in the industry who will provide you exceptional on the job training, as well as industry leading support and career development. You maybe be part way through completing your degree and are now looking for a job, but not just any old job and most probably not one in the field you have been studying.

You might have almost completed your accounting professional qualifications but have decided you don’t want to be an Accountant for the rest of your life - how about this opportunity to use your industry knowledge and skills to help others in the industry??

That’s where we can help, you may not have much experience, but you have fire in your belly, confidence, are highly organised and meticulous and have the ability to work at pace and multi-task. You are ready to tackle whatever comes your way with warmth, enthusiasm and of course a sense of humour and have an underlying love of people.

We will teach everything you need to know about the recruitment profession and support you to deliver fantastic results for both your Clients and the multitude of Talent that you will meet. You have the chance right now to make change for the better and make a significant impact on people’s lives like you never thought possible. A day in the life of Talent Advisor is fast paced and every day is different, some of the things that will fill your day will be;
- Meeting future Talent both face to face interviewing and MS Teams screening;
- Meeting with Clients to discuss their recruitment needs;
- Placing Talent in both permanent and temporary opportunities;
- Conducting WHS visits on Clients sites when new Contractor’s start;
- Recruitment administration including relevant Talent checks, reference checks, and
- Building your own personal brand and knowledge through on the job training with the best in the business.

**About you -**

You are keen to start your career, ambitious, positive and enjoy meeting people. You ideally have a tertiary qualification or are close to completing your degree. You thrive in a busy environment and are curious by nature and value the importance of long-term relationships plus being an active member of a close knit, cohesive team.
