As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of our teams through effective identification and attraction of the best talent available.

As a trusted advisor and partner to the business, it is important that you act, support and continuously strive for the successful delivery of talent requirements in-line with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Talent Acquisition Lead in driving the recruitment lifecycle for all roles across the business.
- Provide regular reporting on market trends and recruitment activity.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on developing and promoting our employer brand and unique employer value proposition.
- Support leaders and managers in forming workforce planning strategies to ensure positive business and team continuity.
- Identify and develop opportunities for continuous improvement across the Talent landscape.

**What Success Looks Like**
- You possess the desire and initiative to continuously strive for the best Talent outcomes for our teams and business units.
- You act as the key conduit and connection point between the business and the external talent market, managing and promoting positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners.
- Be a trusted partner with the business areas you are supporting. You need to be flexible in your approach, yet confident in your advice.
- With your knowledge and understanding of the talent landscape, and a passion for building and growing successful teams, you will use your strengths in time management, relationship building, and the delivery of quality sourcing strategies to ensure success in your role.
