Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

This is a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by identifying and attracting top talent. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for talent and be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: In collaboration with stakeholders, develop and manage the end-to-end attraction and talent engagement process using available online recruitment tools to proactively source and engage candidates.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Research employment market trends, adapt talent approaches to ensure service meets stakeholders' resourcing needs. Measure and report on Talent Acquisition programs and strategies.
  • Process and Policy Management: Contribute to continual improvement in review, design, and implementation of process and policy in relation to Talent Sourcing and Acquisition.
  • Building Strong Relationships: Establish effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and provide specialist advice regarding attraction and engagement strategies and candidate management.
Requirements:
  • Experience in recruitment or human resources with a focus on talent acquisition.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
