Talent Acquisition role with Qld Gov. 12 months contract position. Multiple roles available.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join this dynamic government department. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will develop and sustain effective relationships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners in relation to sourcing talent for identified vacancies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with Line Managers and HR Business Partners to design and implement effective talent acquisition solutions.
- Provide advice, support and consultancy services to clients and stakeholders on complex talent acquisition matters.

**Key Criteria**:

- Proven experience in recruitment, with the ability to handle moderately complex to complex and sensitive matters.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive effective communication and foster relationships with key contacts.
- Demonstrates sound governance - maintains a high standard of practice through governance and risk management.
- Builds enduring relationships - builds and sustains relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer-focused outcomes.
