Agile Delivery Lead

This role sits within our Technical Service team covering - Cloud Platforms, Customer Delivery, Cyber Security. Intelligence Workspace, Networks and Platform Engineering in a cross-function role. You will be working with a diverse range of perspectives and expertise across the fields of agile, strategy, solution, experience design, change, architecture and emerging technology.

**What you’ll do**:
As the Agile Delivery lead, you will coordinate, structure and deliver the work required across multiple teams in Technical Services for the establishment and growth of a working environment where team members are supported to succeed by doing their best work, innovate, experiment and learn quickly, and able to deliver value frequently to our clients.
On a day-to-day basis, you will manage the workflow with the customers, and promote agile principles and understanding within Technical Services teams and our stakeholders. You will coach Product Owners, team members and business leaders in effective agile thinking and practices (including the shift from a project tracking/delivery focus to a product development mindset).
You will mentor team members on effective principles and practices and drive the effective selection and implementation of process improvements. You will also coordinate and facilitate regular agile team meetings with the Product Owners - such as stand-ups; work, dependency, and release planning (within and across teams); backlog refinement; reviews and demonstrations; and retrospectives

**What you’ll bring**:

- Previous experience in managing technology projects and working in authentic agile delivery
- Proven success in people development and mentoring. Ability to build a culture of teamwork, collaboration, innovation, and quality
- A strong team player with technical experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent agile work management products, and associated facilitation and collaboration tools (for example, Miro, Confluence)
- Able to communicate powerfully with stakeholders at all levels, verbally and in writing, to effectively convey business, delivery and technical concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on innovative and creative solutions that result in greater value for stakeholders
- Deep understanding of agile principles, frameworks and practices, with the ability to coach others to implement these within delivery teams
- Sound understanding of technology implementation patterns and requirements, including the roles played by specialist disciplines to analyse, design, develop, test, and release solutions
