**Your new role**
We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Delivery to work with Agile Squads, leading Project Managers, Business Analysts and Scrum Masters, to own the digital technology roadmap and define the scope and priority of projects within the Digital Program.

This represents an excellent opportunity for a leader with extensive experience in software development and Agile program delivery. Your team will be working on highly visible projects that deliver the next generation of digital products for one of South Australia’s largest companies. With more than 5 million unique visitors each year to their websites and apps, the projects you oversee and deliver have a direct and measurable impact on the customer experience, the experience of their staff and overall company performance.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Leadership experience of program of software development projects
- Extensive experience managing dependencies, risks, and issues at both a project and program level
- Significant vendor management experience
- Extensive resource management experience
- Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies across multiple disciplines
- Formal Project Management qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to inspire others to achieve critical business outcomes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience
