We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Delivery Lead with strong people leadership capabilities to lead and deliver complex projects while fostering a high-performing, engaged, and collaborative team environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management, delivery focus, and the ability to inspire and support team members to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
Develop and manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress.
Ensure compliance with internal governance and change management processes.
People Leadership:
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and direct mentoring to team members.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable team culture.
Support the growth and development of team members through performance feedback, career conversations, and recognition.
Identify and address any resourcing gaps, team dynamics, or wellbeing issues.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Effectively communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to a wide range of audiences, including senior leadership.
Influence and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and team performance.
Contribute to practice development and the broader project management community.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of mid-to-large scale technology projects.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience leading high-performing teams.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong risk management, planning, and reporting skills.
Experience working within structured project governance frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM).
Experience in the development and implementation of ERP modules desirable.
Experience in Peoplesoft
