**The Role**

Other responsibilities include:
- Client relationship management - develop strong working relationships, conduct regular meetings and resolve and manage issues
- Management and implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives for payroll services deliverables
- Leading and developing your team including the night shift, which will include some on call responsibilities
- Project management of projects directly impacting the client

**You**

This role of substantial importance, influence and visibility will need you to bring your ‘A’ game, as well as demonstrate the following experience and skills:
- 5+ years experience in managing payroll deliverables, preferably using ichris
- 2+ years Project Management, preferably using Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated customer focus experience with the ability to manage and negotiate service outcomes and objectives
- Continuous Improvement methodology, experience in Lean or Six is highly desirable
- Great people leadership skills.

Ideally you will be able to hit the ground running in this important role, however your ability to learn and develop the required skills quickly will be highly regarded.
